The Restorative Resilience Clinical Supervision workshop offers an engaging and immersive one-day seminar. This seminar provides advanced knowledge, practical tools, techniques, and strategies for trauma-informed clinical supervision. Dr. Klages utilizes various instructional methods, including case studies, videos, PowerPoint presentations, active engagement, and group discussions to ensure active participation and enhance understanding and retention of the material, making the seminar a valuable investment in professional development.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will possess a comprehensive understanding of restorative resilience clinical supervision and the confidence to provide clinical supervision within their workplace. This practical outcome equips participants with the necessary skills and confidence, making the workshop a valuable investment in their professional development.
Participation in the workshop is the first step towards earning a one-year certificate of competency as a restorative resilience clinical supervisor. This is followed by at least five one-on-one supervision sessions with a restorative resilience clinical supervisor, providing an in-depth experience of restorative resilience clinical supervision as a supervisee. After endorsement by the restorative resilience clinical supervisor, participants are ready to provide restorative resilience clinical supervision for individuals. To maintain the competency certificate, evidence of monthly group or individual supervision from an experienced restorative resilience clinical supervisor must be provided.
The comprehensive Restorative Resilience Clinical Supervisors Handbook and ongoing supervision support this evidence-based training, aiming to inspire ongoing professional growth as a restorative resilience clinical supervisor and provide the reassurance and confidence needed to excel in this role.
