Pathway to Restorative Resilience Clinical Supervision (RRCS) Supervisor Endorsement


Step 1: Complete the following prerequisite courses:
 – MHPOD Reflective Practice and Supervision Course (3 hours, complimentary)
 – Phoenix Australia Trauma-Informed Care Course (3 hours; $138.60)

Step 2: Participate in a 6.5-hour, in-person RRCS Interactive Seminar in Melbourne ($350), offered monthly.

The seminar incorporates case studies, videos, presentations, active engagement, and group discussions to enhance understanding and retention—providing significant value for professional development.

Step 3: Undertake five individual supervision sessions (60 minutes each; total fee $750) to receive sustained professional support throughout the endorsement process.

Total Investment: $1,238.60

The program includes 11 hours of online coursework and 6.5 hours of in-person participation, structured to accommodate the demanding schedules of practising clinicians.

Upon receiving endorsement, participants are qualified to provide Restorative Resilience Clinical Supervision to individuals.

To maintain the competency certificate, participants must submit evidence of monthly group or individual supervision conducted by an experienced restorative resilience clinical supervisor.

The Restorative Resilience Clinical Supervisors Handbook and ongoing supervision support the training process, fostering continued professional growth and providing reassurance and confidence to excel as a restorative resilience clinical supervisor.
